That Skype functionality is helpful once you are part of a team, and you have your teammembers on your Skype contact list. However, if you are a Buyer who posts a job and gets multiple candidates, the maps are helpful to quickly do a visualization of where these candidates are located, and then email them with times that can work for both parties for an interview.
