What odesk does not tell you is that it takes hour and hours and hours of your time trying to explain what you want to people who have no desire to get it to you faster than the slowest programmer. Odesk has no adequate project management tools and no effective project managers. I have to say if you want to use odesk goahead but they are not very good at helping you get the job done cheaply.
