It's become the job zone. Either all of us work, or those few people that do not take it seriously should leave that job open for honest workers who believe the company they are working for takes their employees seriously, yet the employees slacking off do not care if this is causing the boss to leave him no choice but to fire you and you may still not care. It doesn't take a whole lot of time to figure you out. The ideal job with ideal employees makes twice the money.
