If you are a provider, take care to read it, because you might be the only one who complies with the requirement and thus be the only one who gets the job! You want the job? Let the person know you care enough to read what they have to say! I do want to point out that some of us will charge 2-3 times what others do, but will produce an even bigger difference in results + quality with a much lower risk. On the reject really high rates.
