For me, since my work consists of web design/development, asking the buyer, &quot;what do you hope to accomplish with your site?&quot; helps determine which direction to head.  Most of the time, they may not know how to go about getting it done, but they know how they want it to function.  Having that information helps me tenfold!

On one hand, it might be nice to see some type of survey to help guide buyers along when posting their jobs...but on the other hand, it would be tough to implement simply because of the sheer amount of diversity in the types of jobs posted on a daily basis.</description>
