You get it. its easier to negotiate with a customer who loves you already; its also easy to get new business from them than a cold lead who is just reading your ad. 

This is a really important concept to remember I think in all businesses.

		<description>perfect service, to make the customer feel good. Giving some extra work. So the customer is trusting in his business partner. Then he is not bothering so much to pay a good price and recomment the company to others. This takes some time.</description>
