getting Mastercard

How do I get mastercard? Do I need to have job before I can hve it?

MCB ( select other account)
City Bank ( select credit account)
Both accept

Standard Chartered use to accept but having problem with it.

tried Habib, Alflah, Punjab, UBL, Allied etc all failed

I would like to know how many days does it require for the amount to released after the service buyer paid for the job?

Which day does oDesk release transaction which is in the pending state?

The oDesk Payoneer MasterCard works at any ATM with a MasterCard symbol.
