Well as long as I get some WS api where i can pull out the screen shots, time tracking info i will be happy, does not have to be RSS.

XML is not efficent for images, you guys should look at REST

Hi Jay,

This is very timely as we are looking at ways to improve time tracking and expose it more effectively. RSS or a Web Services API would be a great option for some data, and we will definitely consider it. Just to clarify, your goal would be track activity (project progress, etc.) using your own RSS reader, and then use a Web Services API to enter time tracking information into your own timesheet software. Is that right?

I like to downlaod the screen shots that get uploaded by the employes. If i have it on local PC then its easy for me to browse. May be expose a Web Service that will let me download the screen shot / work detail .

Great idea, I'll pass it along. Could you be a little more descriptive about what information you'd like to download and how you'd like to access it? Would anyone else be interested in a feature like this?

Do you know that you can download all your work activity from Time Analyze (in the left navigation in your Team Room)? This doesn't have your pictures, bugs, etc. though. Personally, I just keep copies of the PDFs from the Work Activity page, and export my transactions from Billing & Payments. But if you want more data (or different ways to access the existing data), we can probably add more export features in the future.

Team Room / Work Hours info as RSS

How about adding the ability to add Team Room / Work hours / Screen cap pictures as RSS feed or even expose them as Web Service API so we can write our own custom apps to read those info. Right now for me its a time consuming process to log on to the web site (some time the site is very slow) and then copy the hours and enter into my own time sheet etc etc.
