oDesk applications are all free for you as an oDesk user. The core application, oDesk Team, logs time and screenshots of work activity and creates an online Work Diary. Properly logging time with an oDesk Team client is an important part of the oDesk payment guarantee for hourly assignments. All Windows users must download the entire oDesk Pack. All Mac and Linux users must download the oDesk Team client (oDesk Share is optional).

Important Changes & Updates since version 1.3.1:
Bug fixes:
- On some systems typing in xterm didn't produce any keyboard events excluding the first one for every key
- Client failed in ScreenSnap drawing mode if crop size was 1x1 pixel
- "Clear memo when idle" preference did not work
Enhancements
- Default ScreenSnap permissions can be set in preferences
- Timer changes in suspend/snooze dialogs are not saved in global preferences
- Web camera can be changed on the fly
- Camera thumbnail in About-->Details window
- Balloon instead of dialog for ShortURL and ScreenSnap ready messages - doesn't steal focus
- In ScreenSnap drawing mode ellipse selection is inverse with respect to the picture
