didnt get the odesk debit card
HI
Im Achint from India.
I didnt get my odesk debit card till yet.....i spoke to payoneer many times and they say its dispatched on 28th may.
But even after 19 days, i didnt receive it.
now on 15th Jun, i got a mail from payoneer saying my card is loaded from odesk.
i want to know can a card be loaded even if its not active?
What i should do now.....
Please help.

Achint,
Shipping time of cards differs from country to country, according to local mail procedures. If a card does not arrive within about 3 weeks, we suggest contacting us directly so that we can track the relevant card and take the appropriate measures.
Once you receive your replacement card, you will be able to activate it online. Until the card is activated, it is disabled and cannot be used, even if you click on the link confirming payment.
For security reasons, activation can only be done after you receive the card. You will be required to log into your account using your username and password and select a PIN for ATM withdrawals.
