how to withdraw money via bank transfer
Hi, I am new to odesk and registered with money bookers to receive my monthly payment via bank transfer. Initially i received 800 INR in my account and have to fill the verification code to withdraw the balance amount. This verification code is included in the reference field that money bookers sent to my bank while transfering amount to my account.
But i didnt get any verification code in my bank statement. As per money booker i can send my bank statement to them to get my verification code. I sent my bank statement to moneybookers one week ago but didnt get any reply even after mailing them again n again. Now i dont know how to get paid. I am not getting my verification code from my bank also.
Kindly guide me what to do in this case.

Ramajeet,
It is best to call Moneybookers with your question. If your bank is not able to provide you with the verification code sent, most likely, there is an intermediary bank involved in the transaction. Sometimes it helps if you explain the situation to your bank and ask them to try and still find out the verification code. I know of several cases when being persistent helped getting the code (your bank may be able to contact the bank the money came from and get the code from them).
