Hello there,
oDesk generally asks users to submit a support request when they'd like to close their account with us, and if possible, to also include the reason for doing so (for internal tracking purposes). There is not currently a way to close your account online, but we will take care of this for you as soon as we receive your support request.

I had a difficulty in closing my account, could you help me? I want to close my account because i want to create another new account. I do remember my password and everything, but one thing I had forgot, my answer for my security question. Could you help me?

There's no need to close the account. Simply contact Customer Support, tell them you forgot your security question and verify your identity.
