Shows the average hourly rates on hourly jobs, broken out by job categories, by quarter.

Trends in outsourcing hourly rates over year

Shows rate distribution for all hires made on oDesk for hourly jobs only over all time. 

Trends in outsourcing hourly rates over year

Shows rate distribution for all hires made on oDesk for hourly jobs only, for providers that have completed a minimum of 1000 hours, over all time. 

Shows all currently registered providers grouped by listed hourly rate.

Danalyn, what's left is to explain that to the Buyers, in order they started at last to pay those "$3 off the top of my hourly rate." Big smile Cash
Because Buyers still don't think so... Puzzled

..and as you can see "Hourly Jobs, Rate Distribution" chart above (which "Shows rate distribution for all hires made on oDesk for hourly jobs only over all time.") clearly demonstrates, that $30+ per hour lobs share still ridiculously tiny, comparing to those with twice lower jobs..

guys you need to realize at last that you're driving oDesk to be the "cheap labor" marketplace.. see one-year-old discussion at oDesk forum.
I'm an oDesk veteran provider (I'm taking those $30+ hourly) and I hate actually say that but - "SAD BUT TRUE" (Metallica) Wink
