Shows rate distribution for all hires made on oDesk for hourly jobs only over all time.
Shows rate distribution for all hires made on oDesk for hourly jobs only, for providers that have completed a minimum of 1000 hours, over all time.
Shows all currently registered providers grouped by listed hourly rate.

Jenn,I am curious how much you think odesk needs to run AND make a profit. Yes, they are in business to make a profit just like you. They have a 24x7 web site to maintain, which means pretty hefty servers, they have developers, help desk people, accountants, lawyers and probably share holders and I am sure many more things I have not mentioned. They have an office to pay rent for too.
You are not having to chase your buyers around for money, they are taking care of that.
Some other sites charge a lot more than 10%.
