alarming delayed mail notification

Hello,

I have noticed for the past few days that mail notifications for interviews and hires are sent late to my mail inbox. There are times when I open "My Odesk" I am surprised to see additional assignments (am I officially hired for this one?!) or when I open "My Candidacies," I have been invited for an interview-- but when I check my mail for notifications there are none. I always leave my yahoo mail open and refresh the page from time to time, though.

Then after 5 hours or later the notifications will show in my inbox. Things were not like this a month ago. ~~I'm beginning to think that Odesk's mail notification service is getting buggy these days. Or maybe it's yahoomail.~~

I'm not complaining though, I'm just expressing my surprise.

I noticed the same exact thing. In fact, my 'open jobs' listing is showing up around 2pm (or later) in the day where it used to be here when I logged in at 5:30 am.

Yesterday I was waiting for an opening because it was targeted for me and I logged into oDesk and there it was. I received the 'invite' this morning and as of now (10:25 est) there are no 'your openings' email notification.

Not sure what's happened, could be the dropping of the odesk mailboxes. Smiley
