how to include offline hour
hi
recently i was doing a job for fix price but now we have decide to do it hourly so i want to include my
all previous hours .is it possible?

You can absolutely add past hours to a new hourly assignment.

I have tried to add offline time but the option always disappears when I attempt to post hours for previous days. How do I do that? The instructions are not very clear and whenever I change the date on the work diary, the option goes away.

You appear to have posted this comment on a Monday evening. Offline time can only be added to the current work week. Work weeks end on Sundays. The work diary is locked for editing on Monday at noon UTC (that's early morning in the US). So on a Monday afternoon you can't go back and add time to any past days. However, for example, on a Friday you could go back and add time to that Monday through Friday.
