Ready To Work Free

It's great to see students interested in part-time freelance work.

But I think getting part-time job at a local office in web design and software development will give you a more suitable job learning experience.

The reality here in freelancing is that buyers are more interested in hiring people who have already have the skills and experience in doing the job, rather than learning the skill while you do the job.

I think the best strategy for you to make is to consider getting employed first (even for part-time employment) and avail of the job trainings available. Companies are willing TO TRAIN their new employees before they are able to be left alone with their tasks.

Perhaps for a few months, you can try getting jobs here.
