Hi,
Please take a peek at my profile and let me know what I can improve.

I'm not a web or graphic designer, so can't really point to a
portfolio. My expertise is in building high-traffic backend apps and
frameworks using scripting languages.
I'd appreciate any feedback from the more experienced oDesk-ers.
Thanks!
P.S. I was distracted while taking the Python 2.x test. I'll retake it to get a better score.

Welcome to oDesk!
Your profile looks great!
Distracted ka pa ng lagay na yan ha?? Anyway, you can always retake it so you can improve your "low" score.
Looks like you already have 2 project invites lined up. I guess my only suggestion is for you to put up something sa portfolio mo, perhaps an article you have written (tech writing) and/or a link(
to a site(
that you have worked on.
God bless po! Hope you find a great buyer/job here soon.

Ok yan! Nice overview! May LinkedIn ka pa ha! I haven't got myself into making one hehe. Ok na ok din ang resume mo!
The only thing that I like to see more is the portfolio, siguro try to make ways pano mo ipapakita ang scripting languages work mo. In my case I placed the company logo beside the projects that I have worked in those institutions. Like yung isang work ko - electronics project - I just described the work and put up with the company logo. Ganun din ang ginawa ko for another programming project. Just put something on your portfolio anyway!
Good luck!

Thank you both for your comments and encouragement.
Most of my work is covered by very strict non-disclosure agreements, so I can't reveal the projects I've done (although if you're in the Philippines, Singapore, Indonesia or Malaysia, there's a good chance you've seen or used something I've worked on).
Anyway, I got my first assignment and am eager to complete it.
Thanks again, and good luck to you both.

Ayos yan! Once you got the first job, sunud-sunod na yan! You might not mind getting a higher score dun sa PHP anyway! Mas gusto ng buyers ang merong history ng job experience.
