Nice one. The overview is really catchy. I think it is unnecessary for you to post a profile with your long string of jobs but overall it is a great profile that will really attract a lot of buyers because of your work history.
However, I don't think the picture of your cute little handsome kid does not fit the professionalism of the profile. I noticed that you are part of an affiliate - all the more the reason why you have to do away with the picture of your little guy. Just save his nice snapshot on the friendster though.
Above all, I believe your profile will surely stand out from among the data entry jobs that you will be applying. It is a great move too, to be able to get jobs at the SEO level, where the pay gets better.
And try to get your members some hours on oDesk too! Mabuhay Pinoy!

Yun nga po ang problema ko, paano ko madistribute yung work sa mga kasama sa team... I am forced to use my main profile to apply for jobs kasi kung yung team members ang gamitin ko as profile to apply, maliit ang possibilities na ma-award ang project. Ako lang naman ang abala sa paghahanap ng work pero ibinabahagi ko naman sa kanila yung mga naaward na projects. We actually accomplish every task as a group kasi if ever hindi available ang isa, meron pa ring humaharap sa trabaho.
Isa pang problem since sa profile ko lang naaasign ang work, in terms of logging in to odesk team, dun nagkakaproblema pag sabay na hinaharap ang trabaho. Hay...

Parang hindi rin nag-wo-work ang affiliate team, from what you are saying.
Haven't tried that kind of arrangement, using an affiliate team. The group has some feedback ratings already, but no oDesk hours.
I am not in the best position to give the best advice on what to do for this. I also have so many questions about having an affiliate, whether I can be able to earn as a freelance on other jobs, and earn as member of an affiliate on another set of jobs.
I also have my own set of friends who are interested in earning hours of work here, under my name.
