I think a small food break is the best option.
friendship is like smile.
love is not a candy
its better to eat chocolate and be merry than to love and it taste sour after you tasted it!
I voted "Exercise"
I voted "Exercise" but like you I just take a walk to kinda of take a step back as it were and can other sit back down with a fresh view on the project at hand.
This was a lot more effective when I lived near a town, I could walk to the shops and buy an ice cream or drink.. now I just have to walk around my garden.

haha. That funny! I am not alone.
I walk around or go for a walk with our Border Collie in the Nature reserve we live next to.
You can catch it like the flu.
When someone smiled at me today,
I started smiling too.
I passed around the corner,
and someone saw my grin.
When he smiled, I realised,
I had passed it on to him.
I thought about the grin
and then realised its worth.
A single smile like mine
could travel round the Earth.
So if you feel a smile begin,
don`t leave it undetected.

3. enjoy nature
browse the web
I generally just browse the web. There are a few sites that I visit on a regular basis and a few browser-based games I play to relax. Usually only takes about 15 mintues to do them all, then it's back to work!

Simplicy
Get some exercise at gym or take dog the for a walk. Exercise and air do a body good...I feel most other things can take place before and/or after work.
Lunch and coffee are for whimps. Meals during the day should be short, sweet and don't really require a major exodus from tasks at hand.
What I do on breaks

walk around
walk around is the quickest way to get a break without loosing your concentration and context of the work.
and usually i walk around after every 30 mins or so.
Break time
I keep a cup of coffee on my desk. When it's empty, I walk to the kitchen for another cup!
If I'm stressed I may go outside for a few minutes. I also find that prayer/meditation helps!
Do anything that will clear your mind. Sometimes a fresh look at the problem will reveal its' solution.
