Sorry for misunderstanding Olga. But i think there is no shame if someone ask for the right thing. I know i have got a misunderstanding and she clarify it. It doesn't matter that she has a experience of years doing this, still she is a human. I think after my complain she will try to make it 200% accurate compared to past. Sorry again and thanks.
