fixed projects

I am only interested in fixed projects , However I would like to offer a bonus for faster work ie offer a base fee (lets say 200$ + 5$ for each day of earlier delivery . how can i handle that . ( I am new to odesk so if is a case of rtfm please point me to the manual) .

The best way to include this
The best way to include this information in either the job decription or during the interview. The final amount to be paid is determined by you upon the project completion - and you can then include the bonus, depending on how early the final product was delivered.
