error in my odesk work diary

There seems to be a problem with my odesk applications. For a week now, it is always in caching mode. When it tries to upload the files to the server, a message would pop-up saying (unexpected error)... The result: majority of my work hours were not documented in my work diary.

When i logged in last week, it worked fine. all of my work hours with the screen shots were documented in my work diary.

I have worked nearly 9 hrs for this week and my work diary only has 3 hrs.. It's like, I work for 2 hours and when I check my work diary, only 10 minutes is logged in. I still religiously pass the assigned tasks to my buyer, though.

Could somebody please tell me what is wrong with the application and what I need to do to fix it.. Because, the week is about to end and it is starting to be a hassle..

Please submit a help ticket about the Team client errors. I'm not sure what the problem is.

For the missing hours, you'll need to add them as offline time in the Work Diary. Even if the errors are corrected immediately, we won't be able to recover the time from earlier this week. Be sure to let the buyer know that you've been having problems with the Team client and that you'll have them resolved soon.
