Looking for 'Initiated by' clarification
Hello,
I was just going though a post's Candidate List and found that there are two statuses under 'Initiated by' column i.e. Buyer and Provider. I am not sure what does this show! Does this mean that provider is shortlisted by buyer etc or ?
Looking for reply.

Ok. Thanks.
Now the point is, say, buyer clicked the interview button but is this the point where interview request is sent to Provider or is it sent at some later time ?

Looking for reply.

I believe the candidates list is complete - including every provider who is an active candidate, and those who declined, were rejected, or withdrew their candidacy.

Here's what it means:
Initiated by Buyer - The buyer clicked the Interview button in the provider's profile to send an unsolicited request that they apply to/interview for the job.
Initiated by Provider - The provider applied to the job on their own through the job posting.
Generally speaking, candidates initiated by the buyer have better odds of getting the job (since the buyer already looked at their profiles and decided they were interested). Once you're invited to interview, you're on equal ground with the buyer initiated candidates.
