buyer became provider?

Hi there,

after I logged in today I had features for providers in my oDesk and could not see my  buyers options. since I registered as buyer and have an assignment going on it would be helpful if someone could check whats going on.

I can see from your profile

I can see from your profile that you are set up as an Affiliated Contractor. You must have invited yourself to become an AC. Your buyer privileges could have been turned off in the process. But you can get them back.

Do you still see the Team Admin section under My oDesk? I believe this link should take you there. Use the dropdown menu under Buyer privileges to make yourself a hiring manager again (choose 'Yes'). Here's an article about permissions.

I am afraid I cant see this

I am afraid I cant see this section anymore. And I cant select the option. What can I do now?

Please submit a help ticket so that the support staff can check your account.

Are you sure you didn't end up with two user IDs - one as a provider, the other as a buyer? That's my only other guess as to what could have happened since I can't access your account details. If that happened, log back in with the buyer ID, then submit a ticket to get the two accounts combined - a person should only have one user ID.

no I registered only once and have only greeneye as userid. hope the support staff can help me out. thanks for your help!
