What is the biggest distraction from your daily work?

My little cousin disturb me all the time. She is only one year old and even can't stand on her feet but she want to work on the computer. She stays all the time with me when i work.
"Other"
... pre-hire phase hour-long discussions with almost-customers about the far-future of their projects and how I think they should be implemented. I don't mind sounding cool on the phone to a potential customer, but it does require me to "suspend" for an hour at a time.

kids
I have 5 kids ages 2-11. it is HARD to stay focused.
IM
IM still remains to be the greatest distraction to my work, so it remains to be off most of the time. I just put on a schedule for turning that on instead.

children and pets
I think they are the most distracting when we work online.
The kids aren't too bad
The kids aren't too bad (ages 18 and 11); the dogs are the problem. A 20 month old Rhodesian Ridgeback mix thinks it's time to go outside all the time.
That and the fact that I'm ALWAYS tired, I like my naptimes once a day.
Friends Phone Calls
My friends , and clients used to call me with out any reason, so I am bored to get these calls.
odesk frustrations
Here I am trying to get things done quickly and can't find a way to sign up for the required company id on odesk. I'm willing to hire someone, but posting a job is so difficult and time consuming.

My dog
Is convinced beyond any reasonable doubt that I stay home to play with him <grinning>. He's an 8 1/2 lb Pomeranian and he's 2 years old and if you're not asleep it must be time to play
