i have experienced today that one of the buyer is actually offering services outside odesk.

if anyone who experience the same way about him!!!! please BAN him on odesk

I had to remove most of your post due to the community rules.
I have, however, sent the complete original version with attachments to the customer service manager. The buyer was most definitely inappropriate.
Please file a help ticket to report the buyer's inappropriate behavior. That way the customer service staff can contact you privately.

Our customer service manager has emailed the buyer and suspended his account. Sleazy behavior and disintermediation are not tolerated in our community.
