shy in oDesk?
Quite a very off-topic discussion... but I am not sure if this is permitted here but I decided to respond anyway - not unless that the inferiority and shyness has something to do with jobs that she applies around oDesk (does she own a personal account here?).
I believe there are many people who are born with inferiority and shyness - I have to admit I've grown up to be shy until my high school years. But there are so many success stories where people had truly made their way to become a very famous personality - you would not really think that these people had been very shy all their lives.
One point that I want to raise here is that inferiority and shyness are often personal obstacles that hinder one's way to personal success. Maybe she might be suitable to things that she has more confidence in doing or achieving - and she has to discover it. Also seeking the professional advice of those in the psychology field are better suited in understanding her problem. If she is enrolled in a school then seek the help of the guidance services.
