not geting Application job alerts on my personal email account

i am not geting Application job alerts on my personal email account while i  apply the  new job...please hel me on this as i am using gmail account for it.

Same here, also noted that we're not getting any updates in

the message center either. I don't think it has anything to do with your gmail account.

I just sent a help ticket. Not sure if that went through either! Sad

I am also do not receive emails to my Odesk account or the message center. Please help!!

relying on emails

I still find it better for me to really check My oDesk job hire status regularly, rather than relying on emails to do the job.

Users no longer receive

Users no longer receive email/message center confirmations of their job applications. You should check your status in My Candidacies.

That said, if anyone is having difficulty receiving other messages from oDesk, please follow these directions:

  1. Send yourself a test message to yourusername@oDesk.com
    • If it goes through, email forwarding is working
    • If it doesn't go through, fix the email you have saved in 
  2. If you still aren't getting oDesk messages, submit a help ticket.
