No funds
Hello. I did a withdrawal from oDesk to payoneer 3 hours ago. I did
an "immediate load" transaction on payoneer after I got their email.
However, I still have not received any funds on my card until now. I
have been using payoneer since I started oDesk and am familiar with how
withdrawals work.
Is there any problem with payoneer or oDesk, for that matter? No funds after over 3 hours
when payoneer promises them within 2 hours. Is anyone experiencing the
same thing?
Please advise. I need my funds ASAP.
I just did a Payoneer
I just did a Payoneer withdrawal with the 2 hour immediate load option. Their site had been down earlier in the day, so I requested the load at 9:50 PM Eastern. I replied to their e-mail at 10:13 PM Eastern and the money was on my card by 01:18 AM or just over three hours later.
Yes it took a little longer than usual. However I took it as being an artifact due to whatever had taken the site down earlier in the day. Besides, three hours isn't really all that long to wait.

With all question concerning Payoneer it is really better to first contact Payoneer support, as they would have first-hand information on what is going on.
If they refer you back to oDesk for any reason, please submit a help ticket, copying the message/chat transcript from Payoneer.
As far as I remember similar situation happened to you back in May? Did it resolve by itself later on?
