Trouble Logging in to ODesk Team

hi,
I've been using my Odesk team on my pc for about a week now and it has been working fine. i just got a new assignment from company (softwareinter) yesterday and when i tried to log in to that assignment..i put my user name and password...then i select the company ID (softwareinternat:softwareinternat).....another window appeared saying "The credentials specified was invalid. please update credentials information' asking me for User:........... Password:..........i put in the needed information.....but for some reason the ODesk balloon that comes out from the bottom of the screen says "aabady@softwareinternat:softwareinternaaabady" it add my user name (aabady) to the company name.....Why???......and then it brings me back to the "Please select a company account" window...asking me to select a company......and the process keeps repeating....not allowing me to log in for that assignment.

The weird thing is that this happens only when i select that company....i tried selecting my other assignment and it logged me in fine.

I don't know what to do.......i need help.

Hi...I'm having the EXACT SAME PROBLEM. Line for line. Unfortunately your problem is not answered here in the topics section, so I was wondering....did anyone answer this for you? I'm trying desperately to log into oDesk Team for my first assignment and it won't log me in. Might you be able to send to me what the oDesk people sent to you??

What is the speed of your connection? Can you open https://team.odesk.com in IE browser?

What did you mean by "help ticket or forum creat content not working"?

I see your support ticket (it is already answered). The case above is different. It is not about 'pioneer' assignment.
