No Cyrillic support in oDesc Team

Hello!
As both buyer and me are fluent in Russian, I thought it would be ok to user Cyrillic in oDesk team for log messages - but this is impossible, nor oDesk Team, nor site supports Cyrillic, so log messages are to be entered in Latin chars only.
I think it would be very helpfull feature if oDesk tools, as well as site, become UTF friendly.
