How to multiple jobs for one project

Hey, I'm a new Buyer to oDesk, and I am trying to post jobs for a project. If I am looking for two people (with different skills) to work on a single project, do I post just one job and mention that I am looking for two candidates, or do I post two separate jobs for the same project?

A suggestion.
Make it clear in the job opening(s) that you need provider(s) who
could work in a team environment. So the provider(s) must be good in
communications.

Two Postings
In this case I would recommend that you place two postings rather than just one. The key here is that you need different skills. I would do one posting aimed at each skill set you need so that you are more likely to find providers who are good at exactly what you need done. Also remember that jobs are often filtered and people with the skill set you need may not even see the job because it filtered for the other skill.
If you needed multiple people with the same skills I would simply do one posting and hire however many people you needed for the project.
