How can I upload files and messages with provider?

I hired today. But there is no place in 'My Odesk' whre all buyer/provider communication is stored?

For files, many teams use

For files, many teams use the subversion repository provided as part of the team room.

But for communication, right now everyone is using their own email and chat clients. We obviously encourage everyone to save their chat transcripts and email records.

We recently introduced the Message Center, but doesn't yet have user-to-user messaging capability. If you have suggestions for what exactly you'd like to see added, we'd love to know what you think.
