I need feedback on how to keep a buyer's feedback from showing on my profile.
I have a dispute with a client and he has cut n pasted in an entire IM conversation into my feedbacxk for the job.
That is totally inappropriate and is cluttering my resume / job history.
Can someone please help me ?

I see you've figured out how to make the comments private.
If the buyer has in fact put an IM conversation transcript as his comment, please submit a help ticket. The customer service staff will review the comment and determine if it is a violation of oDesk's feedback policy.
