Welcome to oDesk Emad. I am assuming you are discussing the oDesk readiness test. This is supposed to help familiarize you with the aspects of oDesk that will impact you as a provider. Personally as a provider and a buyer I think it's one of the best tools to get acquainted with oDesk that you'll find. I was a long time provider before we had the opportunity to take it and I was glad to have that tool as there are many aspects of how oDesk functions that were still unfamiliar to me.

I think you'll find that the test is very helpful in getting accustomed to how the system works.  Please do consider taking it (and as you've found you really can't post for any jobs until you do).

Good luck and happy job hunting!

the ORT

I look at it this way:

It's the difference between driving directions and a driving test.  The ORT may not have anything to with the skills you need to do your work-- but it does have a lot to do with making sure you get paid for your work.
