how to i fill in the 10% value for oDesk?

I got to the part where it asked hourly rate in $12.50 but the 10% for oDesk i could not navigate.Willing to work a 40hour week ,but the??? and the next??? I do not know how to fill that in Please e-mail me john@pcglobalcom.com Thank you John.

You cannot edit the oDesk
You cannot edit the oDesk fee. This is automatically calculated.
Also, it is calculated based on the TOTAL the buyer will be charged (which, I think, works out to roughly 11% of your bid).
