Recently i am getting messeges from other providers posting their request in my candidacy like message to all job opening. Can anyone clarify this.

Could you tell me what job number you're talking about?
I think the problem you've experienced is that all users started receiving notifications when a candidate posted to the job message board. This has already been corrected.
