Regarding id and password

Hello guys,
I am from Sparsh comminication. I have a account( Its an affliated contractor account) but we lost user id and password for manager access where payment is done. Now we want to detach this account from parental account and continue as a independent contractor.
Can any one tell me that How to dettach from parent account.
