Welcome to oDesk Anusha! good start on your profile. My recommendations:

• Add more specific computer skills (list each piece of software separately)
• Add a portrait or a picture to show you personality
• Consider revising your objective to be more buyer focused. If you get stuck, tell them what you're best at and what you most enjoy working on.
• Upload/link something to your portfolio. I know this is harder for
  an Admin than a designer, but try to come up with something.
  Perhaps an excel chart, presentation slides, even a telephone call transcript. It will help you stand out from the crowd.

Please note that the admin field is extremely competitive. It is vital to write excellent cover letters and really wow the buyer. You have to prove your value. Here's some more resources for newbies:
