Help needed!

This site is soooo confusing and long winded. Its finally let me install Odesk team. Now it's saying that you get 2 weeks to see how everything works 'in work with your team' but that should be from when you download it because up until now it hasn't let me. I wont take on an assignment until I know how the site works so can you change it please.

I am very sorry you had difficulty with the software download/installation. Since you signed up in May, you are correct that you no longer have Pioneer team room access. If you submit a help ticket, the support team should be able to grant you temporary access.
I will pass on your suggestion about alternate access criteria.
