Profile Access
I'm currently not looking for more work, so I want to set my profile access to private. I followed the help instructions, which tell me to go to my profile settings, click edit on my public profile, then use the drop menu to set it to private. I followed these steps, however, there is no drop menu next to my Profile Access to change the setting. Am I looking in the wrong place, or is there some other reason why it wouldn't be working? I am part of a team, would that affect my ability to edit my profile. I am an admin for the team.
I am set as a Staffing Manager
I do have Staffing Manager privileges. Based on the help documentation, the Staffing Manager Console appears to be the same thing as "My Provider Profile". I still can not change my profile access. Am I in the wrong place?

on Wed, 2008-10-08 05:06.I am not entirely sure if you are accessing it this way, so to double-check: My oDesk -> Get Hired -> Staffing Manager Console.
There you should see the list of your company providers and be able to change their (and your own) profile access and rate.

If you have Staffing Manager
If you have Staffing Manager privileges, you should be able to change your own and other's profile access through Staffing Manager Console.
If you are unable to, please submit a help ticket.
