Want to change from hourly rate to fixed price

Hello,
I originally posted a job description as an hourly rate and have come to an agreement with a provider to work with a fixed price assignment. How do I change the assignment just for this provider so that I can pay accordingly? And hire. Right now it reminds me of her hourly rate when I try to proceed with the hire.

Andrea, you cannot edit the
Andrea, you cannot edit the job posting to change the type of assignment. Why? The candidates' applications specify an hourly rate or a project bid and these cannot be converted. Plus, many providers are only willing to work one type of job and not the other.
What you can do, since you have already agreed with a provider, is post a new job opening - can make it private if you do not want any other applicants to it - invite her to this new opening, then hire her, and close the original posting.
