How Do I Keep Providers in my Team?

Right now when a job is done it's ended by me or the provider. And it looks as if I would have to post a new job to hire the same person again for a similar job.
Is there a way to keep people in my team so I can assign work to them as needed? And how would that work?

I'm happy to hear you've found a great provider and want to keep working together! My suggestion would be to end main the assignment when it's finished (to leave each other feedback), then rehire the provider immediately for an on-going job. Just make sure you discuss the arrangement to establish what kind of availability and communication is expected for the open-ended job. Leaving a job open, or rehiring for on-going work is fairly common - and encouraged!
It's also possible to invite a user to your team with team room access only - but you need to have an active assignment to be able to pay the provider for working.
