My account balance is 0$
Hi Team,
I am having a little problem with my financials at Odesk , It would be great if any one can help me resolve my queries
1. I am a provider working for past 3 weeks now, buyers credit card has been charged but my account balance is 0$ - why is it so ? have i missed any step in registration? - My concern is why in my case Odesk Payment procedures are not inline with the what is mentioned in Payment calender help topic
2. What is ODesk Team work meter - how do i tally the amount it says Earned & the actual account balance - what is the calculation here?
3. As of today Clients credit card has been charged 387$ however it is still showing Balance: $0.00 Pending Credit: $331.60

It sounds to me like everything is working ok and there's just a little confusion around the dates for payment.
I can see 1 hourly assignment on your profile with $387 earned. So I think we're talking about the right job.I think this should cover both #1 and #3:
$387-10% does not equal $331.60, so I suspect that you logged just over 31 hours your first work week, and a few more hours during the work week of 10/6-10/12. That time will be billed on 10/16 and available on 10/22.
Since I use a Mac, and the Mac client doesn't have an earnings meter, I can't be positive about my answer to your 2nd question. But I suspect the difference is due to the meter showing a continuous running total, while your account is updated on a weekly billing schedule. If you want to check your earnings progress daily on the website, you should look at your Timelog not your account activity.
