2 things - how to change contractor and view original job description

1. I want to change contractors for a job - get rid of the guy who is not working and hire someone I know will work - how do I do this - just End Job? What do I do about feedback? Do we both hold back for fear of negs like eBay used to be?
2. I cannot see anywhere to view my original job description - does anyone know where we find this.
3. oDesk is so damn user unfriendly

Too late - I ended the job and put all 5star - strangely it does not show - I guess it will after contractor puts their feedback in.

1) Yes, you will need to
1) Yes, you will need to end the job. Be honest on the feedback - it's a double blind system, so the other user can't see the feedback until he's left feedback himself (or 14 days have past and the window to leave feedback closes). Click here to read more about how the feedback system works.
2) Your original job post is still in My Posted Jobs, along with your original list of (inactive) candidates. Choose all from the dropdown menu at the top of My Posted Jobs, select the job you want, and click repost under the job title.
Now that you have a posted job, you're free to hire another provider - click interview in the provider's profile to invite him/her to the new job. You could click hire if you've already talked to the provider about taking the job. Note that the profile hire button can only be used for hourly jobs and will hire at the provider's profile rate.
3) oDesk is constantly working to improve the site. In fact, a major navigation overhaul is in the works that should make the system a lot more user friendly. If you have any specific suggestions for improvement, we would be happy to hear them.
Please post back if you have any additional questions!
