I'm new here and I got my first interview, but I do not know how to send an email using my Odesk email address. Can someone help me please?

You can not send FROM oDesk

oDesk email is just a mail forwarding service, not a complete email.
The interview message included the buyer's oDEsk email.
Send an email TO the buyer's oDesk email FROM your usual email account and it will be forwarded.
