Bad Feedback Score Inspite of Outstanding Work is Harming Providers

I love everything on odesk the only problem I have there are some buyers who are giving bad feedback in spite of excellent work. I am really very much worried about this because its harming my profile a lot.
In last week my two buyers closed the jobs with feedback score 3.85/5 and 4/5. They didn't give me work for about 2 months and now suddenly they closed the jobs. I did several emails to them but they didn't reply. Two months back they really appreciated my work but now they have done this with me. Now when they did this one of them is not ready to change feedback and other one is still not replying.
I know Odesk support can't help me in this matter. If I would ask anything from them I'll just have excuses from them. Odesk should think about this and should create some new ways for feedback. So that the buyers can't ruin the providers career on odesk.
All providers comments will be appreciated regarding this matter.

I don't know which jobs you're mentioning. You've already got an excellent profile. In this case, I don't think 3.85 & 4 would ruin a career of an experienced provider like you in odesk.
I personally couldn't see *any* kind of abuse from those buyers.
And if I were you, I would've sent only 'thank you' emails to them instead of asking them to change the feedback.
