Is this exactly what

Is this exactly what you wrote in your cover letter?
If it is, I would have rejected it as spam as well - your sentences are fragmented, you mention nothing specific about the job you're applying to, you don't list any examples of your past work, and make no mention of your availability.
Your cover letter is your first, and sometimes only, impression - it cannot read like a chat transcript (especially when applying for writing jobs). To impress your buyers, you'll need to formulate complete sentences and address any specific items the buyer has posted in the job description (if there are any), and show them examples of your writing - since you don't leave any examples, they are left to their own conclusions based on your letter alone...which is not good.
As a buyer, when I read cover letters like that I reject them and think one of two things...1) you are too lazy to write a decent cover letter, and you may put forth the same effort into your work, or 2) you are too lazy to write a decent cover letter, and you may put forth the same effort into your work.
