Stopping Email Notification of New Candidates

How do I stop email notifications of new candidates. My inbox was flooded this morning. I checked under account settings. Also could not find it in FAQ.

Message Center preferences
Hello - go into your Message Center, and click on "Preferences". You can choose which notifications to receive via email.
